Here at Exceptional Smiles Family Dentistry, we think our incredible staff is one of the things that sets us apart from all the other dental practices in Harrisonburg. We love our employees and genuinely enjoy working with them every day.
That’s why we want to take a moment to introduce our patients to Geraldine “GG” Ovalle, our front desk manager. She’s the first person people see when they walk into our office, and she makes sure patients feel taken care of from the moment they step through the door.
About GG’s Work
GG has been with the Exceptional Smiles family since March of 2015. She greets everyone at the door with a smile, schedules appointments, and helps patients handle finances. Her favorite part of being our front desk manager is working together as part of the team to make the office a positive atmosphere.

When She’s Not At Work…
In her spare time, GG enjoys spending time with her eight-year-old son, friends and family. She loves eating at different restaurants around Harrisonburg (especially Mexican and Thai food) and is always up to try a new cuisine.
GG’s family is from the Dominican Republic, so she enjoys traveling there to visit with them whenever she can. She also loves to go to Florida to bask in the tropical weather.
